Collaborates on training-related activities, including preparing documentation materials, reviewing curriculum outlines, researching articles for e-learning initiatives, developing PowerPoint presentations, creating training evaluations, and supporting other training tasks as assigned by the Senior Supervisor, Training. This position is directly involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the agency's comprehensive employee training program, agency certifications/trainings, webinars, and conferences provided to the community at large.
