Duties can consist of but not limited to: contacting drivers who are intended trainees, council drivers as needed, conduct Smith System training, instruct on Hours of Service compliance, CSA, Entry level training, PPE, FMCSA Regulations FMCSR''s, Company Rules & Policies, Onboarding new drivers, assisting drivers in setting up their company apps training, setting up hotels, transporting trainees to and from drug tests, hotels, trucks, or physicals, and any road training as required per our training SOP. Responsible for evaluating the driver''s skill level, instructing the driver trainees in the proper areas and keeping driver trainees on schedule throughout Week 1 and Week 2 of Flatbed Training.
