5+ years designing, analyzing requirements, documenting functional specs, integration testing, implementing, trouble-shooting (within SLA Guidelines), and deploying SAP ERP solutions for sales and business transactions using SAP Sales and Distribution/Vehicle Management System (involving Pricing, billing, and Customer Service functions). Lead/Guide the transition to SAP including all of the following: validate the solutioning of the System Integrators (design, build, test, & deployment), navigate the hyper-care phase, and facilitate the long-term support activities including future enhancements and upgrades.
