Associate's Degree preferred in Human Service or related field, with at least six months of relevant experience, or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in human services Must be familiar with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches Must be able to work with challenging youth and families Knowledge of Spanish in oral and written communication is desired Must be able to attend all first shift offsite training required for the position.
