Identify recurring reconciliation themes, drive root-cause analysis, and partner with Middle Office, Corporate Actions, Treasury, Performance, Fund Accounting, Technology, and external service providers to eliminate repeat breaks and strengthen the operating model. Lead the end-to-end back office control function for TFO, with ownership of daily reconciliation oversight, exception management, break investigation, and timely resolution across positions, cash, transactions, tax lots, P&L, and related investment data domains.
