Job Title: CICU/CVICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years required (2 years in CVICU preferred; will accept first-time travelers with strong skills/experience) License: Active state RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIH; CCRN preferred Must-Have: - Experience with patient ratios of 1:1, up to 3 with stable, lower acuity patients - Charting System experience required (Epic preferred) - Capable of floating within the specialty and lower acuity units as needed Description: This role involves providing critical care to patients in a cardiac ICU setting. Special procedures may include bedside central line insertions, bronchoscopy, and chest tube insertion.
