The Analyst/Associate manages the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform (Prism), coordinates account meeting logistics, maintains accurate and reliable data across systems, and supports business continuity, compliance, and ad hoc reporting needs across Research, Sales, and Trading. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high-volume, process-driven work while identifying opportunities to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of business systems.
