Purpose of Role: The Senior Manager, Engineering is responsible for leading, supervising, and directing the overall engineering execution for the large CAPEX Cactus Mine Project, with primary oversight of key EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) consultants, engineering design contractors, and third-party technical specialists. Reporting to the Director, Engineering (or Head of Project - Cactus), this position ensures full technical integrity, quality assurance, safety in design, schedule adherence, scope control, and budget management across basic and detailed engineering design, trade-off studies, pre-feasibility/feasibility studies (PFS/FS), and construction handover.
