Hands-on experience designing, testing, and formally verifying digital and analog systems, including electrostimulation or ECG monitoring, microprocessor-based electromechanical designs, analog front-end data acquisition, motor control, communications interfaces, power supplies, and battery controller design. TransMedics is scaling fast, and the electrical engineering organization needs a leader who can build the team, systems, and capabilities to match that growth-while staying close enough to the technical details to step into a design review, unblock a verification failure, or work a supplier issue personally when it matters.
