Create and maintain industrial design outputs and supporting design control documentation in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements, including user needs, design inputs, product specifications, drawings, prototypes, design reviews, risk management inputs, verification and validation support, design transfer, and design changes. Demonstrated experience translating consumer insights, market opportunities, and business objectives into differentiated product concepts and innovation pipelines, with strong expertise in user-centered design, ergonomics, human factors, product architecture, and design-for manufacturing principles.
