Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems — including pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units. You must be able to stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours), frequently walk, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and work overhead — both indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 0–100+°F.
