Equipment uptime/OEE, breakdown frequency and duration, MTBF, MTTR, PM completion/effectiveness, repeat failures, planned versus reactive work, abnormality-tag closure, CIL adherence, maintenance backlog and equipment-related scrap/overtime. The role will partner closely with Operations, skilled trades and Engineering to establish basic equipment conditions, identify and eliminate abnormalities, improve preventive maintenance and reduce recurring equipment failures.
