Ability to safely operate and maintain large facilities equipment and systems including boilers, chillers, hot and chilled water systems, emergency power gensets, refrigeration systems, electrical breakers, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, computer systems, and underground infrastructure systems. Within FMS, the Engineering Services team consists of Operations, Controls, and Repair & Preventative Maintenance teams that are responsible for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration equipment across the RIT campus.
