As our Plant Process Engineer you will control internal processes to manufacture polyurethane products, protective paints, and coatings by defining and analyzing the manufacturing process of both blending and filling operations for improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency, and creating, improving, and maintaining manufacturing Process Instructions (PI) and salvage/rework integration. You will work directly with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, Controls, and Leadership to troubleshoot processes, execute projects, and make the plant safer, more reliable, and more efficient.
