This key senior leadership position will lead the conceptualization, design, development, and production introduction of electrical construction products including conduit & cable fittings, plugs & receptacles, electrical enclosures, panelboards, motor starters and control stations and for industrial, hazardous, and extreme environment applications. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Leading development programs for ECM products and applying best in class project management practices, innovation methods, and lean NPD processes.
