Develop pricing for ancillary scopes associated with the concrete work, including excavation and backfill, structural embeds and fabricated components, trench drains, survey/layout, concrete demolition, coatings, waterproofing, specialty items, and other related work. Support project handoff and preconstruction activities for successful bids to ensure estimating assumptions, commitments, risks, and planned means and methods are effectively transferred to the project team.
