Essential duties and responsibilities, i.e. those which are basic, necessary, and an integral part of the job, are indicated below: Leadership and Supervision Supervise, develop, and manage safety team(s) within assigned area of responsibility (Renewables, Utilities, etc.) to ensure effective administration of company safety procedures, processes, training, and incident prevention efforts . External Clients: Various resources for training purposes, vendors and suppliers for safety equipment, state and federal regulatory agencies, utility organizations, worker's compensation agencies, contractors/subcontractors, industry peers for networking .
