Job Title: Quality Technician – Plant Power & Control SystemsLocation: Calera, AL Department: Engineering / Maintenance Reports To: Quality Engineer  Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary:We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Quality Technician with some testing and industrial manufacturing experience.  This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of all plant power and control systems. Key Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Perform inspections and testing of electrical wiring and equipment for final assemblies</li><li>Ensure electrical installations meet company standards.</li><li>Inspect and verify proper installation of motor control centers, switchgear, and panels.</li><li>Troubleshoot and evaluate power systems, control circuits, and related electrical issues.</li><li>Conduct acceptance testing and documentation of new and upgraded assembly installations.</li><li>Identify and report potential electrical hazards or deviations from plans/specifications.</li><li>Review electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics for compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with project engineers, operators, and supervisor’s teams to support new assembly installations and upgrades.</li><li>Maintain detailed inspection records and provide reports with findings and recommendations.</li><li>Support the commissioning process of power and control systems in new or modified builds.</li></ul>
