PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for the review and analysis of architectural, mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing and site plans for the purpose of determining compliance with the adopted building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, property maintenance, and zoning codes with all applicable amendments. Ability to follow oral and written instructions; deal effectively and courteously with associates, property owners, and the general public; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; read and understand written information.
