Executive level experience as a President, General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, or comparable operational leader within a privately held production or job shop organization generating $10M or more in annual revenue. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience using P&L statements, margin analysis, job costing, inventory, cash flow, and operating metrics to improve profitability.
