The Director works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, field services, and executive leadership to develop scalable processes, optimize resources, manage risk, and ensure successful project delivery across a growing portfolio of modernization programs. This role is responsible for the safe, profitable, and efficient execution of complex low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, with exposure to high-voltage applications, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team development.
