Core responsibilities include: Leading innovative electronic/electrical design from concept to production, including schematic creation, prototyping, and design iteration Building and managing project timelines, budgets, and quality targets independently Designing, fabricating, and evaluating rapid and conventional prototypes for performance and reliability Writing product specifications, test plans, and verification documentation Conducting feasibility studies, competitive testing, and design qualifications Troubleshooting complex electrical/electronic issues during development and post-production Generating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintaining complete engineering documentation Collaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing, operations, and outside suppliers on tooling, assembly, and capacity planning.
