Duties include managing provider flow, rooming patients, collecting vital signs and specimens, performing point of care testing and screenings, collecting components of the patient's health history and psychosocial circumstances, preparing for patient care by recognizing needed screenings, tests, and treatments, and placing appropriate orders in the patient health record. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and exam room utilization by maintaining patient flow, keeping appointments on schedule by alerting provider of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding provider of delays.
