Administers policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements for; participates in the selection and hiring of; provides training, schedules and work direction for; evaluates the performance of and fulfills other supervisory functions for employees engaged in preventive maintenance and repair of building features, fixtures, furnishings and operating systems; security systems; and external lighting systems. Inspects airport facilities structural features, fixtures, security systems and equipment, operating systems, access control devices, interior and exterior lighting systems, walkways, and accessways to ensure compliance with all codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to TSA rules and regulations, construction codes and ordinances, and life and safety codes.
