Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and development for the plant maintenance team responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment, machinery, facilities, and infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations. You will build a high-performing, safety-focused maintenance organization by coaching team members, establishing accountability, and driving continuous improvement across the department.
