This role is responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating daily service activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient and profitable delivery of electrical service, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This individual will work closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, project managers, and company leadership to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, customer satisfaction, and operational success.
