In addition to fulfilling the essential duties of a Lighting Technician, assist the Lighting Operations Supervisor in providing leadership, training, organization, and technical support to your team, primarily the Deck Electricians, as well as Lighting Design for maintaining show integrity, changeover, rehearsal, show-run, and all other special events. Ensure consistency and professionalism of your team, keep all cue sheets up to date and organized, cover all deck electrician tracks, learn follow spot tracks if needed, and learn to operate the lighting console for dimmer checks and productions as needed.
