Use R/RStudio and other technologies to process, integrate, and analyze data from research trials and VA operational platforms;Visualize and prepare analysis results for internal program use, academic presentations and publications, and/or public dissemination;Develop, document, and manage and share analysis workflows using Git/GitHub and other project management tools;Other tasks as assigned (e.g., literature reviews in manuscript development, IRB completion).QUALIFICATIONS:Required: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience);Advanced research assistant experience or research coordinator experience; 2 years or more of R programming experience; experience working with large data sets. Knowledge of VA and its health care system regarding clinical research trials and understanding of VA procedures and safety regulations;Experience with mobile and/or web analytics, dashboards, and/or processing of JSON data streams;Experience working with behavioral, mental health, and/or electronic health record data, especially using VA systems;Experience with additional data processing technologies including Python, SQL, Visual Studio, Azure, and/or AWS;Experience with AI and machine learning, particularly for behavioral data analysis;Data visualization skills.
