As a member of the Hospital maintenance team, performs a wide variety of routine building maintenance tasks including but not limited to: door hardware repairs, clearing clogged sinks and toilets, laundry department equipment repairs, thermostat repairs, unit heater and fan coil unit repairs, pneumatic tube system repairs, furniture repairs and moving furniture. Repairs a wide variety of electrical devices and equipment including but not limited to: ovens, ranges, washers, dryers, air compressors, laboratory and other clinical equipment, lighting circuits, HVAC system controls, boiler controls water treatment systems, electric heaters and battery backup systems.
