Participate in a wide variety of activities with the students, encouraging and supporting them to develop the skills associated with the tasks (i.e., sports, bike riding, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, leisure activities and hobbies, etc.).Serve as an assistant to the Home Manager in leadership duties. This includes, but is not limited to, training Coaches on your team, handling operational components of assigned shift, assuring Spark Academy program components are consistent, and that treatment care objectives are applied in a true, high-quality manner.
