Working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, the Manufacturing Engineer will provide daily factory support, create and maintain manufacturing routers and work instructions, troubleshoot production issues, and train operators on best practices to improve quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for SMT assembly, soldering, die attach, wire bonding, and module assembly while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
