Job responsibilities include leading electrical failure analysis on returned units, building serial-level evidence packages from manufacturing, test, and telemetry data, and establishing commonality across build, supplier, revision, and geography. Isolate failure mechanisms across power, battery, charging, sensor, clock, connectivity, interconnect, and leakage-related faults to the component, material, or process level using DMM, oscilloscope, current measurement, thermal imaging, micro-probing, and X-ray/CT.
