Requirements: A&P license (preferred)Extensive ability to read and use schematics and blueprintsHigh school education required; some college preferredElectronics trade school or military training equivalent for repairing electronics preferredDemonstrated experience in the fault isolation and repair of avionics systems2+ Years of recent hands-on avionics maintenance and modification experienceFAA Part 145 knowledge preferredWork well with others in team environmentExperience working in AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment preferredAbility to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights. Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in a high-quality and efficient mannerTroubleshoot and test instruments, components, and assemblies using various tools such as circuit testers, oscilloscopes voltmeters, etc.
