This role is focused on installing, programming, commissioning, and servicing building automation systems (BAS) across commercial projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality control solutions while working directly with customers, project teams, and field technicians. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do <ul><li>	Install, program, and commission BAS/DDC systems for new construction and retrofit projects </li><li>	Troubleshoot and service control systems at customer sites </li><li>	Verify system performance and ensure sequences meet project specifications </li><li>	Develop and implement control programs, databases, and graphics </li><li>	Complete commissioning documentation and maintain accurate as-built records </li><li>	Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to support project execution </li><li>	Provide technical support, training, and follow-up for end users </li><li>	Assist HVAC technicians with controls-related issues in the field </li><li>	Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development </li><li>	Identify service opportunities and support ongoing customer relationships </li></ul> ________________________________________ What You Bring <ul><li>	3–5+ years of experience working with BAS / HVAC controls systems </li><li>	Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and control sequences </li><li>	Experience with platforms such as Tridium Niagara (N4/AX), Distech, or similar </li><li>	Ability to troubleshoot, program, and commission DDC systems </li><li>	Comfortable working directly with customers and in the field </li><li>	Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>	Valid driver’s license </li></ul> Nice to Have: <ul><li>	Technical degree or formal training in HVAC, electronics, or controls </li><li>	Experience with multiple BAS platforms or OEM systems</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
