Lead the selection and procurement of contracted services for major repairs and capital projects by developing scopes of work, soliciting and evaluating competitive bids, reviewing contracts, supporting annual budget development and monitoring vendor performance, scope compliance, response times, and overall service quality. Preferred professional certifications include CFM, SMA, FMA, CPM coursework or equivalent, OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, LEED Green Associate or LEED AP, CEM, Stationary Engineer License, BOC, or other relevant facilities management, building operations, energy management, or safety certifications.
