Works independently within the practice and serves as a practice liaison in interactions with other RMG departments to include the remote health care coach team, the Complex Case Managers, and other health care and community services. $27.30 - $37.58/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
