Includes waste consolidation, segregation of HW, management of used oil and off-spec fuel, screen used oil, waste turn-in, facility inspections (at least weekly), container inspections (at least weekly), testing of equipment (at least monthly), contingency planning, preparation for shipment, housekeeping; new, used, and unusable container management; and facility maintenance work orders. The Hazardous Waste Technician, Senior will be responsible for proper and adequate management and operation of installation HW facilities in accordance with 40 CFR (Parts 260-266, 268, 270, 273, and 279), State of Texas HW Regulations, Pollution Prevention Act, related DoD and AF directives (including AFMAN 32-7002), and the installation Hazardous Waste Management Plan.
