Ability to walk long distances and navigate uneven terrain, ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, ability to perform manual labor, ability to lift, carry, move, and organize gardening supplies and equipment, ability to use hand tools safely, basic irrigation maintenance skills, computer proficiency, recordkeeping and data entry skills, ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive gardening tasks. Ability to observe garden conditions and identify maintenance needs, ability to hear and communicate effectively with volunteers and participants, visual acuity sufficient for operating tools, reading documents, and monitoring activities, ability to safely navigate outdoor environments.
