Responsibilities: You will oversee the administration and ongoing improvement of a broad portfolio of SaaS applications, including: Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, Figma, Airtable, Coda, Miro, Trint, and other enterprise productivity tools. You will be a technical steward of the SaaS application portfolio by defining ownership, documenting dependencies and configurations, assessing operational risk, and identifying opportunities to improve reliability, security, and user experience.
