Key job responsibilities * Develop highly reliable flight software, ranging from low level control to autonomous system behaviors for RTOS and/or bare-metal environments * Develop supporting test, validation, and simulation software infrastructure * Participate in the full life-cycle of software development, from requirements definition and design all the way to deployment and maintenance in orbit * Work closely with software, hardware and systems engineers to support design, build, integration, test, and deployment of high speed optical communication systems A day in the life As a Software Engineer, you will be a member of the Optical Inter-Satellite Link team, focusing on the design, implementation, and verification of software systems to control and monitor high-speed optical communications.
