The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in residential maintenance, experience with unit turns, appliance repairs, plumbing issues, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. As a Maintenance Technician you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance in our apartment community, including but not limited to general maintenance requests, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances.
