Overview: Following policies set forth by the Company, assist in the overall operation of the Dry, Trim, Cure, and Packaging Department through the scheduling of DTCP staff, execution of proper curing procedures, efficiency tracking and data entry, operation of the drying rooms, and oversight of all trimming sessions performed by the department. Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, sitting, bending, twisting and repetitive motions .
