Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Overview:

p>Salary range: $125,000 to $175,000 based on experience + Percentage of attorney fees recovered (potentially worth six figures) + End-of-year discretionary annual bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of Employment litigation experience, performing the following tasks:

• Attending depositions .

li>The Attorney will conduct comprehensive legal research; draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence to opposing counsel; conduct discovery and take depositions; attend hearings; engage in negotiations; stay abreast of the latest legal developments; and provide legal advice to clients.
