This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, advanced clinical technology, and the ability to focus on high-quality specialty care within a collaborative team of specialists. </div><div>This is an ideal role for a provider looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth within a respected, doctor-led organization. </div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions.</li><li>Perform endodontic procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics.</li><li>Collaborate with general dentists and specialists on treatment planning and case management.</li><li>Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient experience.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.</li><li>Adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards. </li></ul><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.</li><li>Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.</li><li>Active or eligible dental license in the state of Minnesota.</li><li>Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.</li><li>Excellent communication and chairside manner.</li><li>Interest in long-term growth and potential ownership.</li></ul>
