Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor: directly supervises a team of Maintenance Technicians, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation skill sets; drives Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives as set by site-specific and MTI objectives; supports, trains, and develops Maintenance Technicians and Production Operators to utilize TPM tools; and ensures an overall increase in mechanical availability of the plant’s wide-ranging operational process and utility equipment and instrumentation. Provide supporting materials to project management, may include but not limited to: current state challenges for replacement or redesign projects; equipment’s projected life-cycle, benefits/advantages, and disadvantages; mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation specifications and drawings; applicable bid scenarios; summary of recommissioning risks; equipment maintenance plan and costs to maintain long-term.
