The Operations & Administration Manager (OAM) leads the management of the Haque College of Engineering and Technology which will develop new degree programs (BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS AI Engineering, Minor Aerospace Engineering, Concentration Cybersecurity, etc.), maintain new facilities (Engineering Garage & Autonomy Hanger), coordinate growth campaigns, and liaise between the Dean's Office and Biola University's eight schools. Establishing and maintaining a well-documented continuous improvement process for campaigns, in partnership with the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and the Recruiter for Technology, and with internal (Biola Marketing Enrollment, Production services) and external (PR and Marketing firms) offices, will be essential.
