Negotiates, prepares, and administers consultant contracts; coordinates design reviews, environmental reviews, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, bidding, and contract awards; provides construction observation and inspection services; and manages projects through all phases of delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, reporting, budget management and project closeout. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible project management, engineering, design, construction, or related experience.
