You will work in coordination with Field Sales & Product Management in the following areas: Assist in Customer requirements gathering, Assist in Customer product presentations and Customer meetings, Assist in Customer negotiations, Lead in Contract Review of Software, Assist in the requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification, Assist in Product strategy and roadmap, Assist in work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, Assist in gathering knowledge about our competition, Assist in Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product, Assist in the pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, Deliver a monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecast, Develop sales tools and collateral as needed by Field Sales and Product Management, Deliver an overall Software Solutions & IT budget to ensure success, Define and execute on IT strategy and planning, Define and execute on Cyber Security strategy and planning, Other relevant items as needed. You will be on a management team that participates in the high-level strategic and operational planning process as well as various operating management decisions, not limited to: Annual Strategic and Operational Planning, IT strategies (AI, Cyber Security, Current Technology, Thin client – Thick Client, Outsourcing peak demands of work, 5-year forecasting for ESOP, R&D Roadmap, Software Product Development and Enhancements, Manpower Planning, Financial Responsibility (profit/loss) for your department, and other items as needed and as requested.
