As an Engineering Technician for WCRC you would oversee a range of quality control inspection activities, participate in reviewing and preparing plans and related documents, and ensuring compliance with Road Commission and Michigan Department of Transportation procedures, specifications, and documentation requirements related to transportation construction activities, including roadway and bridge construction. Provides timely written and/or verbal responses within areas of responsibility, addressing inquiries and concerns from project stakeholders, including Road Commission staff, governmental representatives, contractors, consultants, utility owners, business owners, residents, and motorists.
