Sterling Engineering is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers developing advanced electrical and electronic security systems.
. This leadership role will oversee manufacturing engineering, tool room operations, maintenance support, and tooling/project cost analysis within an injection molding environment.
- Oversee daily operation and performance of plant utility systems including steam generation, chilled water systems, HVAC, and industrial refrigeration equipment.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership within a union environment, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
